UI Tutorial: eePanels – Part 1

Well – I know it’s been a long time coming, but I’ve finally put together something I’m comfortable releasing to everyone. It’s part one of my eePanels tutorial. I will be putting together a video tutorial that goes through setting up a gradient forest like you’ve seen in Ryas’ UI and Caith’s UI. That might not be out for a while, depending on when I have the wherewithal to do it.

This Tutorial is in .pdf format, and goes through some of the basics of using eePanels, creating gradients, anchoring, and parent farmes. It’s pretty much all you need to know short of importing your custom textures. The video will compliment it for sure!

I only skimmed it, but it looks nice. I did notice a small error at the end, where you say there’s a new option for width/height using percentages when parent is set. You can actually use percentages whenever you want.

Do you mind if I link your pdf in the wiki?

I’ll make sure to change the % stuff, and you may absolutely link it :)

Thanks for making such a great mod!
