   I still use ag_UF, but mostly because I haven’t wanted to spend the time configuring Shadowed or PitBull. They’re (mostly) fine out of the box, so it’s good enough for now.

   I like to use a mix between PB4, Stuf, oUF, and others… I like to change styles and get the hang of things

   I also miss you posting stuff rob! POST MOAR!

   I have used all of the listed unit frame mods as well as a few HUDs and other frame addons. I keep coming up with UI plans that are too great for one unit frame addon to handle so sometimes use a combination of two or at least throw in Kgpanels. For the past couple of months I have settled down with PB4 and Kgpanels though.

   I have never heard of Shadowed Unit Frames.
   Really.

   The first Unit Frames I used were XPerl, when I discovered there were unit frames that looked better than a well groomed dogs arse I switched to Pitbull3 and then 4. I used Stuf for a while too, didn’t really like it.

   I browse around occasionally for premade UI’s to see if there’s any good ones (I’m lazy) and usually see oUF or Pitbull.

    Skullflower finished OOMM4 in a way. I’ve been working on my next one, but it’s coming along slowly. I’ll post something to the WoW UI forum thread in the next week or two I hope.

    Ellyndrial: In the long run, you’re better off switching to pretty much any other UF that is maintained. agUF isn’t (and it doesn’t look like) it will ever actually be maintained. Beyond patches that nevcairiel does eventually cause people yell at him.

    I’am using Stuf acualy, but the text config is crappy !
    Mixing Pitbull3 with 4 let me do what i want… I’am to noob with LUA editing to make good stuff with oUF.

    Eh, I had a hard time choosing between PitBull3 and Stuf. I chose Stuf however, since I’ve used it more recently, but I still love PitBull3.

    PitBull3 is so simple to configure, but Stuf has a lot more potential.

    If Stuf had PitBull3’s config, I would never switch. Ever.

    There are two parts of this distribution that surprise me so far:

    1. The closeness of shadowed and pitbull 4 (honestly I didn’t believe they’d be within 10% of one another).
    2. How many people use Stuf.

    Obviously normal survey caveats apply (self-selecting group, polarized group, bad distribution mechanisms (only posted on 3 forums OR by folks who actually still check the blog or have RSS), but I’m impressed by the diversity between the top three.

    If folks see more places that might be interested in responding to the survey (only places posted so far are a private forum, the US and EU(E) “Post your UI threads”) feel free to post! I’m looking to get as many results as possible.

    I use Stuf solely based on independent element movement (ie mana isn’t fixed to health).

    I would rather use Shadowed because he has a bunch of great mods that all work well together in the world of PvP.

    I would use oUF if I could be bothered, but since it’s only simple if you have a good working knowledge of LUA then I cannot afford the time investment.

    I use OuF but only because I got it mostly configured by TukUi. Then had minimal coding to get it into a state I liked.

    If you want to make an oUF layout from scratch then I could see the need for quite a bit of lua knowledge. But for just wrestling a premade layout into what you want, you really don’t need too know all that much. Most of it is fairly self explanatory.

    I chose “other” and use ag_UF.
